Singing bowl relaxation is an ancient practice that combines the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls with nature yoga, to create a deeply calming and restorative experience. This unique meditation technique can help relax both the body and mind, allowing for a profound sense of inner peace and calm.

In sound bowl relaxation, the instructor plays Tibetan sound bowls and other healing instruments in front of the group. Possibly also moving among the group, in which case the volume and vibration of the sound varies pleasantly.
In sound bowl relaxation, you can give yourself a little break from everyday life and relax comfortably on a yoga mat under a blanket.
Harmonious sounds soothe, lower stress levels and lead you to a state of relaxation. You can safely let go of all the tension in your mind and body. Sound bowls can e.g. improves sleep, helps with overexcitement, calms the nervous system, relieves pain, reduces muscle tension and stress, and strengthens energy resources.
